USA: Net Providers to Block Sites With Child Sex
Verizon, Sprint and Time Warner Cable have agreed to block access to Internet bulletin boards and Web sites nationwide that disseminate child pornography. The companies have agreed to shut down access to web sites and newsgroups that traffic in pornographic images of children. Negotiations are continuing with other service providers.
